At Brushhoo™, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant, simple, and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping and return policy.

🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

Our products, including the Brushhoo™ multifunctional electric brush, are shipped from our international partner warehouses. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days

Belgium: 5 to 10 business days

Please note: delays may be slightly longer in cases of high demand, customs conditions, or exceptional events (strikes, health crises, etc.).

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free in metropolitan France.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of France; these charges are clearly indicated during the order confirmation process.

📲 Order Tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track the package's journey in real-time.
Tracking is accessible via our dedicated page or directly on the carrier's website.

❗ Lost or Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your order within 30 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service at: brushhoo.contact@gmail.com
We will conduct an investigation with the carrier and offer you an appropriate solution (reshipment or refund).

📬 Delivery Address

Please carefully check the accuracy of your delivery address. Brushhoo™ cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

📦 Order Receipt

If a product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the affected product.
This will allow us to process your request quickly.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal Period

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, please contact us at brushhoo.contact@gmail.com, providing the following information:

Your order number

The product(s) concerned

Your full name and address

📦 Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

New

Unused

In their original packaging

Any damaged, incomplete, or soiled product cannot be refunded.

Returns must be made within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to withdraw.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
The return address will be communicated to you by email after receipt of your request.

💳 Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The refund will then be processed within 7 business days to the payment method used during the order.

Note: original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

❌ Exceptions – Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used or damaged by the customer

The product is returned outside the deadline

🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Product Received

If the product received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours at brushhoo.contact@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the product concerned.

We will offer you a quick solution: exchange, reshipment, or refund.
