Help & Installation

From what age can I use it?

From birth, from 3.2 kg, and up to 20 kg. Your baby is positioned against you, in a secure position, with their head and neck well supported.
In case of prematurity or specific needs, we simply recommend consulting your pediatrician to carry your baby with complete peace of mind.
Is the baby carrier safe?

Safety is at the heart of its design. Durable fabric, strong buckles, stable adjustments: everything is designed for reliable support day in and day out.
For complete peace of mind, we recommend checking the straps before each outing.
How to install the baby correctly?

Babywearing is designed to respect baby's natural posture:
• Back gently rounded in a "C" shape
• Knees raised in an "M" position
• Pelvis well supported
The result: baby is well settled, soothed and comfortably held, as if in your arms.
Is it suitable for parents' backs?

Yes, thanks to an even weight distribution and simple adjustments that adapt to your body. When properly adjusted, the baby carrier relieves the back, shoulders and neck, even during long outings. You carry your baby without strain, for longer, more serenely.
Is it easy to install if I'm a beginner?

Yes, really. It was designed to be simple and intuitive, even if you are new to babywearing.
In a few steps (put it on, adjust, secure), your baby is comfortably settled.
